The origins of Epicure Traiteur...
An epicurean at heart, with a passion for the culinary arts, Brice Dodement studied hotel management in Bourges, in central France.
After completing a Bac hôtelier, a BTS Hôtellerie-Restauration and a mention complémentaire sommellerie, Brice began his career in Paris, at the Bristol, with 3-star chef Eric Fréchon.
And it was in 2014 that this project saw the light of day under the name Epicure Traiteur. Since then, and driven by the same creative passion, Brice Dodement and his brigade ensure that each of your events is a refined, convivial, warm and gourmet moment.

A top-quality service for a birthday party for around twenty people around a "cocktail luncheon": a wide variety of exquisite dishes from starter to dessert, top-notch service (classy, discreet and efficient) and refined decor.
